Section 201
Detention should not be done without providing minimum humane facilities
(1) An officer authorized to detain in accordance with the law shall not detain or cause anyone to be detained without providing the facilities provided in accordance with the law or without providing the minimum humane facilities available in the place of detention.
(2) A person who commits an offense under subsection (1) will be imprisoned for up to one and a half years and fined up to fifteen thousand rupees.
